Hi Tony, just want to say thank you for the Aga, we are over the moon with it. Thank you for bearing with us over the building work, Paul and Aaron were wonderful yesterday and we enjoyed having them here. I also want to say a big thank you for the black trivet, it was really kind of you to source that and it is sitting proudly on the top of the Aga. Amazingly the heat that was generated when Paul tested it remained in the Aga until at least 10pm last night- the boiling plate was still hot!!! I’m so excited!

Dear Tony,
Photo attached of our new Aga taken after installation this weekend. Your installation engineer did an excellent efficient job of fitting it into the space. It was a bit tricky because as suspected, the plinth had to be altered to fit the base plate and he also managed to adjust the height so that the top plate is level with the kitchen work surface and we will get the plinth re-tiled to finish off the appearance. The Aga looks absolutely fabulous and it is currently warming up and we hope to use it tomorrow!
On Tuesday your chaps did a super job of dismantling our old AGA and clearing up afterwards, again very considerate helpful people who did everything they could to prepare for the installation of the new one.

I’ve been very impressed with all aspects of the service I received from my first call to you a couple of months ago. I’m scratching my head and wondering why any sane person would waste double the money (and more) on a new one! When I bought my first Aga in 1994, I don’t think this quality of restoration was on offer, thankfully it is now. Dear Tony, We wanted to write to say how very pleased we are with our reconditioned Aga. The whole experience from coming to your showroom to look at the Classy Cookers through to having it installed was a very smooth transaction. We would like to give a special thank you to your Engineer Steve, who turned up on time after a long drive and set to work immediately. The removal and installation was carried out in an extremely efficient way and Steve explained the parts and workings to Jonathan which was both interesting and helpful. When the work had finished Steve spent time tidying up and left leaving us with no mess, just our beautiful red Aga. Although we had a few teething problems with the adjustment for the Aga to get to its correct temperature, again we were put in touch with Steve who instructed Jonathan what to do over the phone and we would like to add this has now been rectified. I would like to say a massive thank you to Tony and the team for my new AGA, all the way through my kitchen renovation I was on the phone to Tony with questions, he was always very helpful and patient and provided me with all the information I needed, the delivery and installation was carried out by Steve and his team who worked tirelessly all day on a Saturday to install her (only stopping for the odd cup of tea), they were very polite and very clean and everything has worked perfectly since the installation, the AGA has been reconditioned beautifully and you’d be hard pressed to tell the difference from a new one, once again thank you to all everyone at Classy Cookers. Hi Tony, A quick note to say that the Aga is in and looking beautiful, thank you very much. We would be hard pressed to the tell the difference between this and a brand-new unit. The oven will be off for a week or two now whilst the rest of the kitchen is fitted but I'll send you a note once it's in place with the rest of the kitchen and running nicely.
